Using the map

Each site in the directory is colour-coded by its primary sector and can be filtered in the Map Layers & Site Directory menu located in the top left-hand corner of the map. Clicking on a site on the map or in the directory will bring up key metrics and further information.

Additional map layers can be accessed via the buttons along the top of the map (desktop and tablet devices) or down the left hand side (mobile devices). These layers include road and rail connectivity, Central Bedfordshire's Local Plan, and public EV charging points.

Data Sources and Attribution

This site is to be used as a marketing and investment tool only and not for architectural or design purposes. Buildings, sites and features are represented as approximations of their true dimensions and the site does not account for terrain.

The data within the model is derived from a variety of open data sources and we thank the organisations attributed below for its provision.
